It’s My Birthday, it’s my birthday! Born on Friday the 13th I can’t help but love the Friday The 13th movies. Classic horror movies full of blood and dismembered bodies. Yummy. And how great of a part in a movies was that, he did not have to remeber a single line, just chasing around half naked girls wielding a machete and looking tough. I have tried to pick up women that way, and it does not work to well. The whole blood soaked machete thing kind of turns them off.

So, Happy Friday the 13th Birthday to me! And to end with a little humor a Fri the 13th spoof, kind of funny, enjoy.

How about a Butt Load of snow. Lots of new snow, yay. Can it please stop snowing any day now. I won’t dwell on this one, I am getting tired of the white stuff.

What else is new…..let’s see… oh yeah the economy is collapsing and all the Gov’t knows how to do is, throw more money at the problem. But hey, these are the morons We elected.

“Um yes, that is correct, i forgot to pay all those taxes i owed.”

“Well sir, in that case, since you are so brilliant, we the govt would like you to be our Secretary of treasury.”

“thank you, that would be great, um do i have to pay taxes with that job?”

Ah yes, these are the people running our country. Criminals on one hand and well criminals on the other hand.  All i know is that this whole recession thing is probably going to be around for a while and there is nothing we can do about it, until the next election at least.

In the mean time i will thank the lord every day i have a job and can still pay the mortgage.

What else is new, counting down the days til college football starts. Hoping that Michigan does Not suck complete and total arse. I really dont want to start taking medication for depression, but if Michigan has another 3 loss season i dont know if i will be able to keep my sanity any other way. Looks like Mich has a good recruit class, supposing none of them break the law and get arrested.

And Nascar starts soon, yeehaw. It will be interesting to see how the Nascar sports fare in this economy. All i know is that watching Winston i mean nextel or no Sprint cup racing is getting pretty boring woth JJ winning 3 in row. and then there is that young douche i mean busch kid who thinks he is tha cat’s ass. yeah, i dont really care for him. it will be nice to see my man Mark Martin go another full season, just too bad it is not with Rousch.

And i dont have time for all the other awesome stuff going on in my awesome life. Really, my life is awesome, and you wish yours was too.  i know i know, you want more. too bad.

Well, no, not really. Come on, have a positive outlook. Be a rebel and step outside of the doom and gloom box and say this is going to be a great year for……. This is where you the reader fills in the blank with something good. Notice the word good. Find a nice solid surface to bang your empty skull against for the next 10 minutes to come up with something. What’s that, Me. Well, Um, maybe…no, hmm. Alright, I don’t have anything just yet, but I am not going to spread all the gloom that the wonderful news media this country has would like me too. I am going to make this a good year whether the media likes it or not. Anybody have a favorite news anchor they would like to put in a rear-naked-choke. I have a few, maybe more than a few. Most of them. How can someone want to go to work everyday just so they can talk about depressingly morbid and just down right i can’t take it anymore somebody please slash my wrist news stories.. I am surprised you do not hear of more news anchor suicides. then there are the bloggers that talk about the news that the news media is talking about. i just confused myself. people blogging about the news that the news people are talking about….whatever. Why. Oh well, i will just go on living in my happy little bubble of pleasantries.

Here is to a New Year, Make it a good one. Yes I am a few days late. My wife said that to me once, or twice. That is another blog for another day.

it just too bad they used Mac as the computer. Make sure you spell Mac with lower case a-c. i once had my life threatened for using MAC inplace of Mac. i digress, this video rocks, thats all i can say.

As much as I may not like the results, at least the election is over. the whole thing has just kind of put me into a funk ever since you could see the writing on the wall. I guess I have been in a funk ever since the start of football season. First, Michigan stinks things up on the field and have not stopped stinking since day one and now the election results. Well, I guess all the stuff in between too, refrigerator dies, car repairs, microwave dies, kid gets tonsils out. What a year, but i still have work, family, a home, and way more things on the positive side I could mention that are going good. Conclusion, it is not the end of the world. Not until the sun expands enough to turn the earth into a ball of ash.
